I’ve spoken about this topic many times before but it’s worth repeating because the two major parties aren’t doing anything about it.
If renewables are cheaper why do the two major parties continue to subsidize them?

Last week I spoke in the chamber about the need for cutting income tax for low income earners.
Labor and The Greens have just rejected my plan to cut red tape and shrink government bureaucracy.
It’s time to clean out the bureaucracy.
Australia is being over governed to death. Rather than create more government departments which the major parties always do it’s time to abolish them.
I rise tonight to speak about the key policies introduced by People First party, albeit it’s one person. I think it’s very important to note that it is a party that actually has some key policies that seek to empower hardworking Australians, the individual, and their families.
Yesterday in Parliament, I spoke about the key policies I’ve introduced through the People First party—solutions designed to empower hardworking Australians and their families.
The biggest lie of all. One of the biggest lies sold to us by the Government which allows banks to control us, is excluding the price of existing houses and interest on mortgages from the inflation figure.
Last week I lent my support to banning gambling advertisements. There is no need to encourage online gambling, especially sports betting at a time when children are watching television.
Yesterday I called for the 80/20 funding of Federal Highways to be abolished in favour of full funding by the Federal Government.
Last week, I resigned from the Liberal National Party so that I could could seek re-election to the Senate at the next Federal election, because I am committed to keep fighting for your interests on the floor of Parliament.
I’m actually ambivalent about a COVID-19 royal commission, because, quite frankly, I don’t trust the judiciary, and they do not have the knowledge around the biochemistry of the vaccine. But what I do want out of this process is accountability.
Earlier this week I spoke to ADH TV about the policies I would like to see implemented by government.
I rise today to speak to the COVID-19 Response Commission of Inquiry Bill 2024, which simply recommends a COVID-19 royal commission. The 15 minutes of diatribe and vitriol from Senator Ayres there was one of the most disgusting speeches—actually, it is probably the most disgusting speech—I’ve ever heard in this chamber.
In the same way the BOM homogenises weather records the ABS models expected deaths and then calls the differences between the modelled figures and the actual figures excess deaths.
This is a perfect distraction in order to stop looking at the increase in actual deaths.
