FEATURED NEWS

If a doctor says that a person should not get a vaccine, then who is the employer to override the doctor-patient relationship? How can Fair Work impose a blanket policy that does not consider an individual’s specific health conditions? (a) No worker should be sacked for following their doctor’s advice before having a COVID-19 vaccination, should they? How can an employer overrule a doctor and where do the FWC get the legal authority to rule this is fair and reasonable?
