The minutes of meetings of the Advisory Committee on Vaccines (ACV) are not released as they contain commercial-in-confidence information. However, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) is currently processing an FOI request that will result in the release of some of these documents, once payment from the applicant is received. When released, they can be found in the FOI disclosure log on the TGA website.
The TGA publishes meeting statements that describe in general terms the matters considered by ACV at each meeting, having regard to any commercial-in-confidence information. Summaries of ACV advice are also included in the Australian Public Assessment Reports for new vaccines and extensions of indication.
