224. In the NSW Poisons and Therapeutic regulations act 2008 it says pharmacists must not give a vaccine to someone who previously has an adverse reaction to the first administration of that vaccine. If this is correct, then shouldn’t the Federal government use its power under the Australian Immunisation Register to tell the NSW government to stop mandating vaccines, especially to those who were injured by the first shot?
